Questions we hear most often

How do I reserve a unit?
Reservations are made directly with our sales team. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the inquiry form, and we will walk you through availability, plans and the reservation agreement. A unit is marked "Reserved" once the reservation deposit is received.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. For current projects we offer staged payment plans linked to construction milestones, typically with a down payment at signature and the balance spread until delivery. Details vary by project — ask us for the plan of the unit you are interested in.
Can I buy from abroad?
Absolutely. A large share of our buyers live overseas. We handle viewings by video call, share regular construction updates, and can coordinate with your lawyer for signature and registration with the Cyprus Land Registry.
What is included in the delivered finish?
All our residences are delivered fully finished: flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, painting, and mechanical and electrical systems complete. Optional upgrade packages are available early in construction.
Do units come with parking and storage?
Yes — every residence includes dedicated parking and a private storage room.
