Chkaibane & Co Properties develops and sells residential apartments in Larnaca, Cyprus. The company's projects have previously been marketed under the Home City Investments name, and some continue to be; Chkaibane & Co Properties is now establishing them under its own brand.

From Livadia to the neighbourhoods around the new Metropolis Mall, we have delivered a portfolio of boutique developments across Larnaca — each one residential, each one in a neighbourhood we know street by street.

Our team manages every stage in-house, from land acquisition and design through construction and handover. That control is what allows us to promise delivery dates and keep them, and to stand behind our buildings years after the last key is handed over.
